Instructions:
Instead of saying “I feel bad,” use the Emotional Wheel to identify the exact feeling. Pick a word from the wheel and write what caused it.

Basic Emotion Groups:

  • Sadness: disappointed, lonely, lost

  • Anger: irritated, annoyed, frustrated

  • Fear: anxious, insecure, overwhelmed
